The 48th Academy of Country Music Awards released this year’s nominees in a digital press conference on Wednesday, Feb. 13. Leading the pack of nominees were Carrie Underwood, Jason Aldean, Little Big Town, Luke Bryan, Eric Church, andHunter Hayes. Underwood, whose platinum-selling Blown Away scored a nod in the “Album of the Year” category, also picked up an additional nomination for “Female Vocalist of the Year.”

“Blown Away” also picked up a Grammy for “Best Country Song,” which was awarded to the songwriting powerhouse duo, Chris Tompkins and Josh Kear. Previously, they nabbed a Grammy for Underwood’s crossover smash, “Before He Cheats.”

The live event will be hosted by Shelton and Bryan and will kick off on Sunday, April 7, at 8 p.m. EST.
