Thanks so much. I feel kinda bad looking at pics of them on their honeymoon, but they both look so happy, and we all just want them to be happy so it’s nice to see.

I’m very proud to give them the shell necklace at the departure to Raiatea, they are very simple and kind persons,I am a new Tahitian fan of Carrie for the good country music! Honestly,they are very cool as tahitian people,maururu roa from Tahiti, Nati

i think thats so wonderful that you met them, i’ve never met her or mike but they do seem nice friendly warm people, and charming people thank you so much for confirming with us what we already knew and expected of mrs. fisher! 
she is the best singer and person in show business she’ll never forget her roots or who she is!!…

Hey,Salina as you must aware many stars come in French Polynesia (Tahiti) for honeyoon to visit Bora Bora,Moorea etc..sometimes I welcome tourists for a private company in Tahiti. I already transport V.I.P from airport to hotels but all stars are not so kind like Mike and Carrie,I confirm you! So our culture is known for our respect,hospitality and joy of life.That’s why many actors,or famous people come in our beautiful country!!!
Anyway my first feeling when I saw them at the Tahiti airport was very good! I respect them because they want to be in a quiet corner ! I am a guitarist player (for my leasure), and I appreciate only good music and good singers but only with good attitude!! I have to get music of Carrie now!! Iaorana and take care! Nati

“Aww”…. when i hear stories like how sweet and down to earth Carrie really is in real life, it just makes me LOVE her even more!!… you always hope that your idol is a good loving person and i’m glad to hear that Carrie is a nice girl that i had imagined she’d be..and good to hear that her husband mike fisher is kind as she is…:) you are sooooooooooooooo lucky to have met her i can only dream of that!…. carrie really is a blessing to me, i recently lost a brother in law and he was like a brother to me i loved him so very much and Carrie makes me get thru my pain because i listen to “temporary home” everyday its my “healing” song, you should listen to it, its so beautifull…thats why i will always love her because she blesses me without even knowing she does….what a great awesome amazing girl!
so i have a question for you Nati, is Carrie even more beautifull in person then she is on tv and in pictures? and since im asking a question what about Mike, he looks handsome is he handsome too?? i think they make a very romantic couple

Carrie is pretty face,as pretty as a picture,small girl and always smiling,and Mike replied to me in french ” merci,bonjour” check my hand monday in the morning! I’ve got a good feeling,with them.
That’s great to meet people unadorned! In despite of their celibrity….
About my music I have just on the Compilation: Now That’s What I Call Country with “All American Girl” but I will buy others Carrie’ CDs
They seem very happy to come in Tahiti,we used to welcome tourists,V.I.P because our country symbolise freedome,Peace and Love

i feel like shes a friend more then she is a singer who sings my favorite songs, LOL….it’s like she’s speaking to me and the many people who adore her…:)

yeah for instance…when i found out she was engaged, i teared up. when she won entertainer for the first and second time i cried with excitment for her. and when i saw the wedding cover for the first time, i teared up again! like i said…i feel like i’m her long lost sister or something! haha

kate- i think we feel like that because we saw her growth as she puts it we built her from the ground up, we’ve seen the shy smalltown and timid performer she was on idol , and “maaaaan” has she grown now she commands the stage and she’s owning her stage presence…its like a different carrie only better because now she knows who she is…and it shows. the best part is carrie the person is still humble and down to earth and genuine girl from checotah oklahoma she hasnt changed her personality!…i think thats why we feel like carrie is a friend because shes very relatable and we seen her in our homes every week until she won idol!
